Crown Paints Limited, the country’s largest independent paint manufacturer, will have its usual high profile presence at this year’s National Painting & Decorating Show, with two separate stands to visit, both featuring Crown’s new “It’s Personal” branding.
Crown Decorating Centres - Stands 27/28
Positioned close to the entrance of the exhibition hall, an ideal location to welcome visitors as they walk through the doors, is the Crown Decorating Centres stand. The network has continued to benefit from significant investment this year with a brand new store opening in Luton and much improved and more spacious premises for the Southampton and Manchester stores which have both been relocated in recent months. Crown is also strengthening its presence in Scotland with the opening of a new store is Stirling this autumn.
‘Goodie bags’ will be given to visitors and there will be a series of product demonstrations each day of the event. For those with an eye for a bargain, there will be a range of very special ‘Show Only’ offers to look out for on branded goods and Decorators Choice sundries.
Crown Paints - Professional Coatings - Stand 26
Just a few steps away on Stand 26, Crown Paints’ professional coatings are on display with separate areas dedicated to Crown Trade, Sandtex Trade, Sadolin and Macpherson.
It has been an exceptionally busy year for Crown Trade in terms of new product development and visitors will get the opportunity to find out everything they need to know about the innovative new coatings that have been launched over the spring and summer months. These include two new Steracryl Anti Bacterial coatings for the healthcare market, a new Steracryl Mould Inhibiting finish targeted at the housing sector, Clean Extreme Durable Acrylic Eggshell, Covermatt Drywall Primer and the first two products in a new Protective Coatings range for use on metal substrates.
Crown Trade’s new Covermatt Drywall Primer and will be the subject of a Masterclass in the main demonstration area. The ease of using Crown Trade’s High Build Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer and Fast Drying Cladding Finish will also be revealed by Crown’s demonstration team. Other Masterclasses will focus on Sadolin Superdec and Sadolin Ultra, two of the most successful woodcare products in the marketplace. Another will focus on Sandtex Trade X-treme X-posure, one of the most durable longlasting exterior masonry coatings available, offering exceptional protection from the elements in the most exposed and challenging locations.
In addition to the Masterclasses, Crown will be demonstrating additional products on Stand 26 during the show and visitors will be able to quiz the experts on application techniques and technical details of specific coating systems.
Professional decorators, designers and specifiers visiting the Crown Paints stand will all be given the opportunity to take part in a free prize draw to win a luxury weekend break.
