Corrosion

Coating failures / exposure to damp conditions.  Water penetrating coating to metal.

Remove all loose defective coating.  Feather edges with an abrasive paper.  Remove Dust.  Wash with hot water and liquid detergent solution to remove contaminants.  Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow drying.  Spot prime all bare metal with one coat of Crown Trade Universal Metal Primer.
