The service is offered through our team of Specification Consultants and can typically take the form of Tenants’ Choice Colour Cards which clarify and enhance the decision making process in multi-occupancy situations. They are especially useful for Housing Association.

Local Authority use, enabling tenants to make their individual colour choice from a pre-defined assortment.

Colour scheme suggestions

Colour scheme suggestions are another service offered, as part of a process of consultation. According to requirements, a series of options for interior and/or exterior colour schemes can be presented in the form of a document, to assist in arriving at the optimal decorative solution.

Computer technology enables us to offer certain clients the facility of digital images to assist in predicting the decorative outcome of a scheme applied to their own building or premises.

Our colour scheme recommendations for multi-occupancy and public buildings will always take account of DDA requirements, thereby assisting the specifier in meeting duty of care obligations in respect of inclusivity of access and navigation.
